If your vehicle is currently titled in the state of Utah, the owner can follow one of these steps:
Go online and complete your Utah Duplicate Title Application.
Choose one of the following options:
Bring your Utah Duplicate Title Application to the Division of Motor Vehicles.
- Estimated time of delivery: 2 weeks
- Cost for duplicate: $6.00 If we purchase/pickup your vehicle, we will reimburse you for your $6.00 duplicate title fee!
Mail your Utah Duplicate Title Application to the Division of Motor Vehicles:
